We require that you new puppy visits a Vet within 3 days after he/she arrives. This gives your puppy a chance to get acquainted with the Vet and for you to discuss with your Vet about Vaccinations schedule, ear cropping time frame, and spay/neutering questions. Your Vet can make sure we didn’t miss anything here, Moving to new home away from his/her family is a very stressful time for a puppy, Things to watch for are diarrhea, lose of appetite all are minor as long as they are caught early. If left unchecked they can cause your puppy serious and unnecessary problems. Failure to have a puppy checked in appropriate time will void your guarantee.

The Purchaser agrees to continue Immunizations and health care as recommended by his or her veterinarian. If pup is to be sold, breeder is to be given first option to buy pup, if breeder declines then breeder must be notified with new owners address and phone number.

The Purchaser agrees that if pup is picked up by any animal service and is not claimed, breeder will claim puppy and hold for two weeks while trying to contact purchaser. If purchaser does not claim puppy within those two weeks, purchaser gives up all rights to puppy and breeder is able to place puppy in a adoptive home. This is without and reimbursement to purchaser of any kind, if puppy is claimed from breeder, then purchaser is responsible for all expenses.

This puppy is not to be bred to any WZ Dobermans. If female pup is bought on full registration purchaser agrees not to breed pup until 2nd heat or later. Purchaser also agrees not to breed female pups more than once per rolling calendar year (every other heat). This cause repossession of puppy plus damages to breeders reputation of $1000 per infraction.
